When Beijing-born Jiayu Li first joined us as a Digitally Lit Youth Ambassador, her love of reading and writing poetry was clear. But it didn't take long four our mentors to see that her true passion, and knack, was for all things digital.
Taught programming by her dad from a young age, by the time Jiayu was a teenager, she was coding circles around much older counterparts. So, when she asked if she could dive into our website's backend to create an exclusive youth-only book review section, we handed her the keys.

Today, this Atlantic book hub houses hundreds of informative youth book reviews. It's an excellent resource for any young person looking for quality youth-approved local reads to add to their TBR list.
